One-to-one to 2.0
Not too long ago, one-to-one marketing was an essential piece
of the marketing plan. One-to-one marketing was based on the premise that marketers controlled the customer relationship.
It used the Internet to cross-sell additional services to targeted customer groups. In recent months, social media, or
Web 2.0, has since caused marketers to think the way customers think, not the way they think. Consumers
are beginning to trust each other's experiences and recommendations, to the point that some won't move a muscle
until they've consulted their community forums. Today's Internet marketing challenge is about building and maintaining

Logo basics
When designing a logo, many graphic designers tend to overthink things.
Instead, keep the KISS strategy in mind. Grab attention with few colors, few details and even fewer brain cells. Your logo
should be simple and effective in a variety of mediums. Make sure to ask your graphic designer for a black & white version
and a variety of formats such as EPS, JPG and PNG.
